Subscriptions

By subscribing to a lottery syndicate, you make sure that no draws are missed and you are participating for your chances to win!
You can easily subscribe to a lottery syndicate by clicking on the “Subscribe and never miss a draw” button on the lottery page you are interested in.

Yes, you certainly can.
You can easily stop your subscription from within your LottoPlus Player Account. Follow the below steps:

  • Login to your LottoPlus Player Account
  • Click on the My Account link at the top of the page
  • Go to the My Syndicates tab
  • In this section there will be 3 headers; “Upcoming Draws”, “Subscriptions” and “Past Draws”. Under “Subscriptions” you will see your subscription
  • To the right, you will see the Status and then a link underneath to “Pause Now”

By clicking the “Pause Now” link, this will immediately stop the subscription and no more money will be taken.
Please note: Any draws already paid for will still take place but after the last draw has taken place, no more money will be taken.

Payments and Winnings

At LottoPlus you do not need to claim every winning. Whenever a syndicate wins, the prize money will be automatically credited to your account. For amounts bigger than EUR 500, or respective amounts in other currencies, we will contact you on any of the details provided in your account and arrange for your preferred way of receiving your winnings.

You can check if you have won by going to the “My Syndicates” section in your LottoPlus Player Account. But don’t worry, even if you do not check, any winnings will be automatically claimed and credited to your account.
For any big winnings, we will contact you via email or phone to congratulate you and to confirm details of where the winnings will be credited, so make sure all your account details are up to date.

Registration and Player Account

Yes – you are required to register in order to ensure your age is verified and to also be able to credit winnings to your Player Account. We will also need to hold your contact information in the case you win big. The Player Account at LottoPlus is only for the personal use of the registered account holder and is not transferable. It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your account and your password. You are responsible for the accuracy of your user data like your name, your age and your address.

We require all customers to be over 18 years of age. By joining LottoPlus, the customer certifies that he/she is over the age of 18. People under 18 years of age are prohibited from accessing or using any of the LottoPlus services, and may not submit information on the website, purchase any goods or services from the site, establish an account or attempt to access any password-restricted information contained on the website.

If you decide that you no longer want to use your account, contact us via phone, email or instantly via LiveChat and we will deactivate your account for you. Of course, if you change your mind and wish to start using your account again, we can re-activate it for you at any time.
